HOW TO ORDER There are two ways to order our line of Magnetic Fantasies. The best, fastest and easiest way is right here, on this secure, private wholesale web site. It uses the typical shopping cart software we are all used to. We do not sell or lease your information in ANY WAY! And, the check out system on this site allows you to pay by Paypal, Credit Card or even Money Order by mail.
Please remember, this wholesale web site sells ONLY to authorized retailers. You will be required to input your business name and Tax ID number upon check out.
The second way is by purchasing one of our printed catalogs which comes with two free sample magnetic prints (one small and one large). This catalog shows all our current images, and has a separate price sheet that you can remove if letting your customers browse (so they don't see your cost). Due to the high cost of printing and making samples, we cannot offer this for free, and charge a $10 fee for the catalog, which is still a great deal considering you get two free samples! You can purchase the catalog securely on this web site. The printed catalog comes with order forms that can be faxed or mailed to us. We handle all business via e-mail and/or fax and stand ready to offer you superb service with no hassles.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS We have a $50 minimum order requirement on all wholesale orders. We do not accept wholesale orders that fall under this amount.
PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT We accept Paypal (our favorite), Credit Cards, including Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Money Orders. You will be given the option to choose your preferred method upon checking out of this web site. To expedite orders, we do not accept personal or business checks and regret any inconvenience this may cause. All orders must be prepaid (we do not offer net 30, etc.).
TURNAROUND TIMES We require a 1 - 2 week lead time to fulfill orders. We do not charge credit cards until just before we start on the order. Because we handcraft each magnetic print to order, we must collect payment before we begin, but once we begin, it will only be a day or two before we ship your order.
SHIPPING We ship from our location in Littleton, CO via USPS Priority Mail. Very large orders may be shipped via UPS. We send tracking e-mails once your package leaves. International orders are sent via Global Priority through the USPS. We package each order carefully with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent any damage during shipment.
RETURNS Of course we don't anticipate you not being 100% happy with our product. However, if you aren't happy and wish to return them, lease contact us via e-mail immediately upon receipt of your items with the reason for your desired return and your order number. We will give you instructions on how to return the items. We do not refund shipping fees in this case, and you will need to return them to us in the manner in which you received them.
DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING Despite the fact we love bubble wrap around here, damage can still sometimes happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and get your order replaced for you. |
